How to Verify a Certificate
Our online verification system allows employers, universities, and other entities to confirm the authenticity of documents issued by Shatyarth Technology.
- Locate the Certificate ID (e.g., STPL/XX/...) usually found at the bottom-left or top-right corner of the document.
- Enter the recipient's Full Name exactly as it appears on the certificate.
- Click Verify Certificate to search our central database.
Frequently Asked Questions
My certificate isn't showing up?
Ensure that you have typed the Certificate ID exactly as shown (including slashes or dashes). Verification is case-insensitive, but special characters must match.
Data Privacy
This tool only confirms the validity of the specific document ID provided. No personal contact details or private student records are exposed publicly.
Legacy Certificates
Certificates issued prior to 2023 are stored in our legacy archive. This system checks both recent and archived records automatically.
